What is your return/exchange policy?
Our return/exchange policy is simple and straight-forward;
We process returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase of your Amani products excluding sales and gift cards.
Simply email us stating the reason of your return as well as mentioning your order number.
Be aware that the return shipping costs will be at your charge.
For any return/exchange, please respect the following elements in order for your request to be accepted and for your refund/exchange to be made:
- Any item returned incomplete (product label, straps, zips, buttons), damaged, washed or stained will not be accepted. Thus the refund will not be made.
- The refunds for returns will only be possible on the card you previously paid with.
Please also note that returns are not applicable to our lingerie items (bras, panties and period underwear). We strongly advise you to follow our different size guides in order to choose the best model for your needs and avoid any product waste.
